the pendry
a ten minute drive from our venue, the pendry is located right off michigan ave. and directly south of the chicago river. set within the iconic 1929 art deco jewel known as the carbide & carbon building, this is one of our favorite sights on the chicago architectural boat tour.
the blackstone
part of marriott’s autograph collection, the blackstone is housed in a 1910 beaux arts building, a part of chicago’s storied history. it sits across from both grant park and lake michigan, and is close to a number of our favorite museums throughout the city!
